Ok I usually would use Linux to program because there is a compiler (gcc), but I need to use Windows to program for now because of a few unexplained reasons. I'm creating an XUL page that contains many sections. To keep the coding looking clean, I decided to separate them into different files. I used [b]iframe[/b]s to do this. However, when I use an iframe, the external XUL files all have to have their own doc-type, style-sheets, all those other declarations, and worst of all, their own JavaScript files. The JavaScript functions in the different XUL files are not carried over to the main XUL file, which means they cannot interact with each other.

I couldn't find a good answer when I searched through the forum, so I'll just ask; How can I add more "smilies" (want to add cards for a pokerforum), and create codes for them? The way I see it there is no easy backend feature for this, so I guess I'll have to enter the .html and. php and .css files on this, but which ones, and how do I make it so that new codes point to new pictures in smilies folder? Hi, I have reformated my computer recently and now reinstalled VB6 with sp5. For some reason I did not had the Msinet.ocx in my component list, so I downloded it and registred it with regsvr32. Now it shows in vb but when I try to drag it to a form vb tell me that I dont have a licence for that component. I have been using this ocx before, has never been a problem, what am I missing ?

Thanks to the admins for splitting up the OS forum into Win & Lin. We get a lot of posts here on different mainstream programming languages - maybe after a while you'll have to split up the Programming Section too - into corresponding languages.
